Problem Most advice about creative blocks treats them as one thought problem, when it's actually many. Being stuck because you have no ideas is a completely different situation than being stuck because you have twelve ideas and can't commit to one.
Constraint The fix for "I'm scared to start" has nothing in common with the fix for "I started and now I hate it." Lumping them together under "creative block" is like prescribing the same medication for five completely different conditions.
Solution A diagnostic tool that asks one question, sorts you into one of five branches based on what's actually happening, and gives you three targeted exercises designed for that specific version of stuck. The branches: empty, overwhelmed, paralyzed, frustrated, and tired. The exercises pull from actual creative practice, not productivity hacks. No Pomodoro timers or gratitude journals.

Unstuck
What kind of stuck are you?
Right now, creatively, I feel...
Empty — I have nothing
Overwhelmed — too many ideas
Paralyzed — can't start
Frustrated — started, hate it
Tired — just don't feel like it
Input: one question, five branches.

Diagnosis
You're not blocked. You're overstimulated. The problem isn't a lack of ideas, it's that none of them feel safe enough to commit to.
Exercise 01
The Worst Version
Pick any idea. Make the worst possible version of it in 15 minutes. Ugly, incomplete, wrong.
Exercise 02
Kill List
Write every idea down. Cross off half immediately. No deliberation.
Exercise 03
Combine Two
Pick two random surviving ideas. Force them into one project. See what happens.
Output: diagnosis + three targeted exercises.

I built this for the times when I don't know where to start. The generic "just start anywhere" advice doesn't account for the fact that the type of stuck matters more than the fact of it. Sometimes the most useful thing a tool can do is tell you that you're not blocked, you're exhausted, and to go take a break.
